Arabic Beginner 2 

This class is designed for students who have completed Arabic Beginner 1 or have at least 20 hours of prior Arabic study. Students should be familiar with the Arabic alphabet and able to recognize letters in written text.

In this course, students will expand their vocabulary and conversational skills in practical, everyday contexts. Topics include describing a city or town, asking for directions, talking about rooms, houses, or apartments, discussing countries and people, nationalities, and sharing where you are from. Students will also learn numbers in Arabic, how to make purchases, and ask about prices.

Grammar topics covered include plurals, adjectives, Nisba adjectives, plural forms of nationalities, personal pronouns, and more. The class combines conversation activities with listening practice to help students gain confidence in speaking and understanding Arabic in real-life situations.
